Amy puts effort into living a life of health and wellness like many athletes, however, she was also a licensed massage therapist for 10 years, a Licensed Skincare Professional ( Aesthetician) and makeup artist.  She is passionate about clean living, fitness, health, wellness and natural beauty and sharing it with others.
